China Cultural & Education Tour

This tour will provide special opportunities to participate in traditional Chinese culture, including meals at Chinese homes, tea ceremony, exploring 1,500 year old village, and a 5 star cruise at the historic Three Gorges Dam, scheduled for 2009 completion, to see firsthand the changing face of China. We start in Beijing with its important historical and cultural sites, and end in Shanghai, China's amazing city of contrasts. We also visit Suzhou, the Venice of China, with its Silk Factory and learn firsthand about the ancient art of silk weaving. Final stop is Shanghai, China's ultramodern financial capital in amazing contrast with Old Shanghai. Traveling by train and coach, we see the countryside up close. Tour is sponsored by the USCPFA-Palm Beach County Chapter & escorted by Joy Dupont, USCPFA member, China Travel Specialist and student of Chinese language and culture, and hosted in China by Regent Tours.
